The Ivory Coast will defend the crown of the African Cup of Nations against 23 eligible teams in Morocco at the end of the year.

Morocco’s tournament was confirmed as the host after Guinea’s plan to improve Stadia and the infrastructure will not be ready in time.

Morocco finally started the competition in 1988.

When is AFCON2255?

With the change in the general schedule and partially this summer extended club World Cup, the AFCON will be played in 2025 Christmas and the New Year.
