Liverpool Nucasal striker Alexander Isak has failed with the initial bid.
Athletic reports Mercyaders made an informal inquiry into a formal offer that has been rejected by Nucasal.
Isak is currently training for former club Real Sosiadad, while Nuscal is on a pre-season tour of the eastern east.
Isak is not interested in increasing the nucasal stay
