Joel Arciniega-Senz, a New Mexican man was found guilty of murder after he cruelly decapitated 51 years old James Garcia. Arciniega-Senz continued the ruthless attack, beating Garcia’s head around like a football ball.

Details of a man’s culprit sentence after a cruel victim decapitation
Nation Reports that the referee convicted 28-year-old Joel Arcinieg-Senza for the first-degree murder on March 5 for James Garcia’s horrendous 2021 murder.
