“Star Trek: In the Episode of the next generation,” Enemy “(November 6, 1989), the company is investigating a crashed Romulana ship to a radioactive, storm -destroyed planet called Galorndon Core. Several company crew members are able to get off and save one of the survivors of Romulan, but storms and radiation do not allow everyone to return. GEORDI (Levar Burton) is left behind, just like the second survivor of Romulan by Bochra (John Snyder). Initially, the wounded Bochra claims that Gephes are his hostage, but Geords explain that radiation will soon make them sick and that they would be wiser to work together to escape.

Most “enemy” is devoted to their salvation. Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart) has to make some smart talks with Romulan Commander (Andrea Katsul), while Geordi and Bochra find ways to survive below. This is the correct episode.

However, it seems to be much more interesting. The original scenario project (credited to writers David Camper and Michael Piller) seems to have both Geords and a consultant Troi (Marina Sirtis) to be trapped in the Galorndon nucleus along with Bochra. The idea was that the radiation disturbed the geordi visor, making their blind when leaving (mysteriously British) Deanna troi command a mission. Not only that, but also the usual and emotional trooi was a badass fighting landscape in which he had Bočra. Sadly, using the usual rewrite process, the troi part was cut, and the geords and Bochra were left alone.

Oral history book “Fifty Years Mission: The next 25 years: from the next generation to JJ Abrams,” Edited by Mark A. Altman and Edward Gross, Sirtis expressed a little disappointment that her character was from the “enemy”. The actress admitted that she was looking forward to a barrel.

Troi had a fun scene of violence in the enemy

It should be recalled that Troi was often not given stories about their “Star Trek: The Next Generation”. Usually she served as captain’s picard consultant and personal therapistoffered a compassionate opinion at staff meetings. It is a pity that troi in desperate conditions rarely had the opportunity to be a supra-diploma, because her empathic abilities would certainly have helped her during a gentle conversation. At least troi could appear in the epilogue for each episode, asking other heroes they may have learned that day.

Even less rarer was when the barrel got tro. She was not very aggressive, so she rarely got into a fist and boarding a fight like say, Worf (Michael Dorn). The “enemy” should have been her opportunity. Not only would she lead the main scenes of Galorndon, but I would also get to the guy. Sadly, the script was changed at the last minute and Sirtis was understandable. She said:

“In the Original Draft of ‘The Enemy,’ What I Happened to Read, IT WAS TROI AND GEORDI STRANDED ON THE PLANET, AND BECAUSE GEORDI WAS Blinded by The Electromagnetics Preventing His Visor from Working, When We Came Across the Romulan Troi Who Incapacitated HIM.

This type of script change was obviously distributed at the Star Trek: The Next Generation, and the main last minute rewriting was turned all the time. Troi had the opportunity to emerge in an episode with the team’s ability – and she had to throw a punch – but all this was nixed for one reason or another.

She eventually got the chance to make a trick years later, Although she injured her coccyx in the process.
