Crystal Palace Forward Jean-Filipe Matteta Fulham is targeting the FA Cup fixture action against next week’s FA Cup fixture-that he will need to wear a protective mask.
Matta suffered serious injuries this month in the fifth round against Milwall after the scoring challenge of goalkeeper Liam Roberts.
As a result of this handling, Mattea was kicked in the head, which requires immediate medical aid and a trip to the hospital.
Speaking in an interview to L’Awipip, Mattea said that his preliminary loss was in his ear and described his “recently destroyed.”
He acknowledged that the results could be significantly worse.
“I was afraid that my brain was broken by bones or blood, but in fact my ears were just destroyed,” Matta said.

“After that, I never lost consciousness, but he replied with my ears, ‘No, you have to go.’
“A plastic surgeon came to an expert and took photos of my ear, which he refused to show me, so that they should not stay in my head.
“Of course, it didn’t look like another ear.
After the surgery, Matta was released from the hospital. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace won the Milwall on Milwall, and Roberts received a six -match suspension of his disagreeable challenge.
Further, the Palace will meet Fulham in the FA Cup semifinals later this month and Matta is eager to be available for selection.
“I have to be careful to prevent the infection, every time I sweat every time I sweat,” Matta said.
“Next week I should be able to participate in training matches, but for that, I need a mask when my ears heal.
“I have been sent many models, and I just have to choose between the other, and the whole face covering the whole face.”
