Phenorbahs manager Jose Morinhinu says that the penalty of the Rangers is eligible to win their side after leaving the Europe League.

Morinho later felt that his current side was the only team who should win.
He said: “We played a fantastic match. Just played a team, just a team scored, only one team was eligible to score more points, only one team was eligible to win.
