Manchester United Leend Paul Skols has criticized Sir Jim Ratclift for earning external funds for finance the construction of a new stadium for the club.
United officials recently announced an ambitious plan to tear the Old Trafford and replace it with a modern stadium, which will cost about $ 2 billion.
Co-owner Ratclififf describes the proposed space as the best in the world.
However, Ratclifif has still revealed how the project will be financed, suggesting that they are dependent on private investment and potential government help.
Scols, a club icon, is inseparable with the purpose of ratclififs, indicating that words alone are not enough.
Speaking on the Sky Island’s ‘The Overlap Fan Debet’, Skols said: “You can sometimes be a fraudulent and trust what he says (ratclifif), because you have never heard anything before.
“The words are cheap …”

“We do not know how realistic it is, all in the air, and we can say anything about who we can say, we can say that we have the largest and best stadium in 10 years.
“We have been called the richest club in the world for a long time, but I think we have been asking a little, asking for a stadium, and we need $ 2 billion, and have sold the players to buy.”
Ratcliffe, who took the initiative for the new 1,5,3 seater, defended the decision to move away from the theater and insisted that the need to upgrade.
Talking about the look of the club about the future, he said: “Our current Stadium has served us for the last 915 years, but it has fallen behind the best ring in the world.
“We are able to save the essence of the Old Trafford by building the existing site, when the only transformation of the experience from our historic home creates a modern stadium.”
This proposal has led to a debate between fans and pundits. Some have supported the idea of a world -class stadium, while others concern about financial sustainable and potential obstacles during the transition period.
