Steve is writing with stories to help you overcome your life with its Monday newsletter, he asked me to give a clear instruction on health and fitness.
While I was writing his newsletter, I was almost doing this fitness.
(In fact, I sent Steve by email in 2010, and we have become friends now – and now Colleagues 8 years!)
For 15 years, I have been the privilege of raising a lot of people. I, I can even help people to comply with fitness targets (always do all).
Here I classes 3 lessons of the 3 lessons of our head coaches, always help with the fact that they do not want to cooperate.
Let’s flatten!
๐ง Lesson 1: “Normal” no.
If this is familiar tell me …
“I need life to stay a little bit … And then I’m back.”
Yes. This version of “normal”? This is a myth.
Life is not calm. SHE IS Changes.
Whether it is a very heavy week, whether your kids are sick or care for family members, or simply keep your life in a long time.
Thus, we make a plan that uses the difficulties that invite these challenges.
In Nerd Fitness We Apply It Ask โChange of dialing modeโ.
- You can do the stress, tired and temporarily in a minute in a short period of time
- Simple eating habits You can go back with a pinche (ie eat protein with each meal)
- A list of foods that match your goals and follow you
With several ways to stay in the track you will continue to create a speed even when life is irregular.
It will not be unknown. And this is expected!
๐ Lesson 2: Enlarge, Installize
Have you ever thought you are yourself,
“I want to shape, but I’ll go so far.”
Or
“I was in a very large form, but now everything just felt tight.
These are absolutely normal points! (๐โ๏ธ I have seen them!)
However, the thing that observed it over time is that these thoughts often help continue and continue energy people.
So what to do?
One of our favorite tools is here: Enlarge, diminish.
Zoom: What should I do today?
Enlarge (Every two weeks): Am I driving in the right direction?
Enlargement helps you to attract your attention to daily activities and avoid endless spiral.
Instead, you ask:
โ Did I do my workout today?
โ Did I get protein and vegetables with each meal? And so on.
Then, every 1-4 weeks, step back and check the larger image:
Is it going well?
What kind of difficulty was?
To change or achieve a goal?
This rhythm-day occasionally, according to a great picture examination, a real change will take place.
โ Lesson 3: Meanwhile and make it done.
How do you know that the strategy is right for you?
Find the right balance between hard and performance.
Very easy? This needle does not move.
Is it very hard? You do not consistently do it to make it different.
The correct level of difficulty for each person is different.
Perhaps it is possible to follow the macros every day and develop 3x per hour.
Perhaps everyday walk and every meal is going to the priority of fruits and vegetables.
Perhaps it is very good and slowly eating and creating the time of bed to sleep well.
There is no “right” or “wrong” answer. Hard challenges change over time.
Do not be afraid to experience and configure until you find a sweet place: enough to be more meaningful but to remain consistent.
These 3 lessons are the main part of us to use us in the Nerd Fitness trainer.
