Entrepreneur Peter Barton was at the top of the world.
Up to not it.
Barton lived a life with the life of those who dreamed, made beautiful care for himself and his family and my father family.
And then on a loyal day, his world was broken.
Thematic cancer diagnosis.
The work was less important and stopped stopping the meaning of other experiences; He tried to take pieces when he mourned in the future when he was unable to live. He does not see that he grows his children or he grew up his wife.
Barton was in a very true heart of thoughts and experiments Does not disappear, And one paragraph was always left with me.
One day Peter’s body is given to cancer, his head hurry, and his soul is lower than ever. He said to the defeatful wife:
“I just don’t see the idea.”
He replied, “Find a bit.”
It was a point of finding the point.
Barton’s vital verdict was released and chose “finding life” by writing a book that could have read a book. A book that other people can read and analyze in their life.
I thought of “Finding the point to find a point” while inspired by the last part of Bretti Makkai Material arts podmer.
Search for a person’s meaning
Victor Frankl cholokifast survived, the Creator of Therapy, called psychotherapist and logotherapy.
After surviving the horrors of Auschwitz and other concentrations, he wrote the first project for his book, Search for a person’s meaning, in nine days.
He even planned to publish anonymously, but believed that the story of surviving his name in the last second was confident in stepping up some shots.
Since then, it has been selling and 50+ languages to 50+ languages since then.
Frankl’s School of Thrink, Logotherapy, saying, “The meaning of life is to find the meaning of life for each person. He often applies to Nietsche’s famous words:
“Why is it because of the need to live for living.
During this book, Frankl explains his thoughts and life, because thousands watched that thousands were dead or killed.
The most wonderful book in this short book is the ability to find meaning and hope of humanity among one of the worst savons of humanity.
The other half of the book encourages a deeper “logotherapy” to find our exact “meaning” to find our “meaning”.
“The meaning of life is different from man to day and until the hour.
> Therefore, the meaning of life is not the meaning of life, but does not have a specific meaning of a person’s life at a specific time. “
You may not be diagnosed with terminal cancer or does not harm the savagery camp concentration camp.
But maybe when you asked, “Why am I doing what I’m doing?”
Asking a question means there is something wrong for us. We don’t live now. We need help.
Frankl feels different. It thinks that it is very important and healthy to ask this question:
“The greatest task for any person is to find meaning in his life.”
What if it is part of this process if there is such an awkward conversation with yourself?
What does it mean if asked a question?
Your “why”
What’s “why?” Here in Nerd Fitness Rebellion.
If we are logical about it, we want to force ourselves to do things Wired (or required) to make.
Course We do not want to burn extra calories early to practice, and we avoid filling our face with comfort foods.
It takes extra strength, we need to feel hungry, we need to change our behavior. And our brains don’t want to do anything else!
It may not be a “meaning of life” … But life is a very strong reminder to help us give us a different thing:
- Why do we stay at 17 o’clock and go for a walk when it’s cold outside?
- If cookies and donuts are available, why do we call “yes” to salads and protein?
- Why do we take the harvest and weights (uncomfortable)?
- Why do we breathe ourselves hard and make a 5k run, or do we say yes to Yoga class?
We talk about this very much Our coaching customers and members Nf:
With a constant reminder Why We are often a thing that follows this in the hardest moments after motivation:
Perhaps we want to break the cycle of relationship with the food we learned from our parents.
Maybe we want to want our children to be a strong mother, it’s good to sweat and push ourselves.
Maybe when we look in the mirror or we always feel better, we want to feel better then workout than feeling our own beforeWorkout?
This week your job is to ask yourself why you are here:
- Why are you ready to change changing thoughts and feelings?
- Why do you want to try to learn a new skill or how do you want to fix your food?
- Why do you want to stay early and spend less time on the couch?
Continue deeper with your reason. Ask “why” and see what comes out.
Write it.
Post it in.
